At Paddle Energy, we are dedicated to making our communities better. We work together to generate clean energy and create a more sustainable world for the future.
Paddle Energy was formed with one thing in mind: provide access to renewable energy for all communities. We work hard to design and build projects that maximize the continued use of the land and property. We believe in balancing the benefits of solar while protecting environmental resources and preserving local character.
Our Paddle Energy team has some of the most experienced solar developers in the country. We are committed to improving the communities we work with, live in and support.

Dustin facilitates all aspects of our solar developments here at Paddle Energy, from initial conversations with Landowners through construction completion. His career spans 15+ years in the commercial real estate industry where he led projects totaling more than 10,000,000 square feet and thousands of acres. Project work has ranged from large solar developments to heavy manufacturing, land conservation, and everywhere in between. Being an outdoor enthusiast, from a farming community, and part of his family's generational land holdings, Dustin is both sympathetic and opportunistic when it comes to developing land for our solar projects throughout the United States. Understanding the Landowner's goals, local processes, and having years of development experience makes for a smooth delivery and a good experience. Dustin is very focused on his work, and it is important to him that all involved parties receive clear communication and have their expectations met.
