Rich Jordan
Senior Project Developer
Rich is a Senior Project Developer for Paddle Energy, supporting projects from origination through design, permitting, and construction. Rich collaborates with landowners and other stakeholders (e.g., towns, permit agencies, etc.) to solve challenges through creative strategies and designs.
An energy and environmental professional for over 20 years, Rich is also the President and Founder of Flycatcher LLC an environmental and land use consulting company with its headquarters in Yarmouth, Maine. Throughout his consulting career, Rich has helped dozens of solar, storage, and other energy projects navigate the development process and achieve success. A certified Professional Wetland Scientist, he also understands the important balance of expanding the use of renewable energy technologies while minimizing impacts to important natural resources.
Rich lives on a five-acre farm in Southern Maine with his wife and two kids, a very old pug, and nine chickens. As Project Developer for Paddle, Rich is excited to merge his scientific and land use expertise to help great renewable projects achieve success.
